First run
If Windows or your browser pushes back
Our programs are new and unsigned, so you may see a warning or two the first time. This is normal.
"Can't scan this file for viruses"
Google Drive shows this for any program file it can't scan. Choose Download anyway.
"Windows protected your PC"
On first launch, SmartScreen may block the app. Click More info, then Run anyway.
ZIP downloads
If a program comes as a ZIP, extract the whole folder first, then run the .exe from inside it. Keep the .exe next to its support folder, and don't run it from inside the ZIP.
Still blocked?
Right-click the file, choose Properties, and tick Unblock if it appears. You can also add the program as an exception in your antivirus, or contact us for help.
