Job titles mislead. Duties don't.
Pick codes with AI reads what the client actually did and picks the NOC 2021, Career Handbook 2016 and OaSIS codes from the occupation coder's real candidates, checked against the official concordance. When the client truly did two occupations in one job, it adds a second code. You can always choose or confirm the codes yourself.

From vocational profile to recommended occupations.
Three pages, in order: the Vocational Profile, the Transferable Skills Analysis, and Recommended Occupations.
A vocational profile, one tab per entry
Each job, education, qualification, volunteer role and hobby gets its own tab. A job has the employer, title, duties and length, as years and months, start and end dates, or both.
Review every code with confidence
Each job shows whether its codes were picked by AI, need a look, or were confirmed by you. Choose codes shows the candidates and the concordance check side by side, and lets you set a second code.
Demonstrated Aptitude Profile
Built from the most relevant one to three jobs of six months or more, using both Career Handbook codes when a job has two, with the education floor on G. The most developed skills are weighted to the longest and most recent jobs, and to skills common to several jobs.
Transferable Skills Analysis, written by AI
Written from the actual duties, with the employment history and codes, education and other experience, and local wages, in formal report language with Canadian spelling and a style check. Export the whole section to Word.
Recommended occupations
Upload the medical reports or paste the restrictions, set hard limits like light strength, and the AI recommends occupations the client can do now or with retraining, each with NOC and Career Handbook codes, the local median wage and why it fits.
