The short version: try it free for 60 days, pay once for a month or a year, and nothing renews automatically. Because of the free trial, all sales are final.

Who you're buying from
The software is made by AssessForge AI Technologies. Orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment and sales tax, and its name may appear on your receipt and card statement.
Free trial
Every program comes with a free 60-day trial licence with full access to all features. No payment details are needed. Please use the trial to confirm the software meets your needs before you buy.
Licences
- A licence lets one person use the program for the period purchased: one month or one year from the day the licence key is issued.
- Each purchase is a single payment. Licences do not renew automatically, and you will never be charged again without placing a new order.
- To keep using a program, buy a new licence period before or after your current one ends.
- Licence keys are sent by email within 24 hours of purchase.
- Licences may not be shared, resold or transferred. For several users, see enterprise licensing.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Prices may change, but a change never affects a licence you have already paid for.
AI usage costs
The AI features run on your own Claude API account with Anthropic, which bills you directly for your usage. Those charges are separate from your licence and are not refundable by AssessForge.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because every program can be tried free for 60 days before purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused time.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or cannot get the software working and we can't fix the problem, contact us at contact@assessforge.ca and we will make it right. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Your responsibilities
The software assists with your work. It does not replace your professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated text against your notes and sources, for the content of your reports, and for meeting the privacy laws and professional standards that apply to you. Warranty and liability
The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, AssessForge AI Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence period concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
